Vice President | Operations

A native of Gordonsville, Clint Hensley joined Four Star Paving when the company was founded in 2002 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations as a managing partner. While attending college, Clint worked with the four founding partners of Four Star Paving at Apac-Tennessee before the partners ventured out to launch the company.

Clint earned a bachelor’s degree in Concrete Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004. Clint’s ability to listen, his empathy for others, and his keenness in solving problems in a timely fashion have enabled him to take on areas of greater responsibility while at Four Star. He has excelled in all aspects of the business and became a managing partner in 2018.

With deep roots in Smith County, Clint and his wife, Jennifer have been married for 10 years and reside in Gordonsville. They enjoy spending time with their children, Stella (8) and Harlan (5) at Center Hill Lake. Many evenings and weekends you will find Clint with his children participating on local sports teams.
