Brock Lodge is a consummate professional who began working in the asphalt construction industry while in college. Upon graduation in 1995, he began his career in Middle Tennessee at Ergon, Inc. and later joined Vulcan Materials Company in 2001. While at Vulcan, he quickly proved himself as a strong team leader taking on areas of greater responsibility as he was promoted to President of the Western Division (California) in 2016 and was later charged with leading Vulcan’s Asphalt and Construction businesses across the country. Brock joined Four Star Paving in February 2022 as its Vice President-General Manager as a managing partner.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Tennessee in 1995 and obtained his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in 2007.

Brock and his wife Amy have been married for 25 years and reside in Nashville. They enjoy spending time with their children, Tripp (18) and Mary Ely (14). Brock serves on the board of directors of the Nashville Coaching Coalition and is a former board member of the Tennessee Roadbuilders Association. Beyond Four Star and his passion for the industry, Brock enjoys watching his children grow into happy, healthy, productive members of the community. He and his family are active members of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
